Bmita Ltd (NeuraLead) and its staff are fully committed to acting with honesty, integrity, harmony and respect in the delivery of services and goods to the public. All staff should ensure that the business operations, applications for services, procurement or staff recruitment, are dealt with in an open, fair and impartial manner.

 

This Code of Conduct sets out the basic standard of conduct expected of all staff and the Company's policy on matters like acceptance of advantages and conflict of interest of staff in connection with their official duties. This Code also applies to temporary and part-time staff employed by the Company. 

 

It is the personal responsibility of every staff member to understand and comply with our Code of Conduct.

Bmita Ltd (NeuraLead) Privacy, Data Protection Policy and Procedure

This privacy policy sets out how Bmita Ltd (Neuralead Trade mark) uses and protects any information that you give BmitaGroup when you use this website.

Bmita is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Bmita may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1 January 2013 and has been updated on 25 May 2024.

Bmita is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. 

Article 5 of the GDPR requires that personal data shall be:

d.     accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;

e.     kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals; and

f.      processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.”

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • name and job title

  • contact information including email address

  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

 

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping. 

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services. 

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.  

  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure,we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 

Procedure

Bmita:

  • ensure that the legal basis for processing personal data is identified in advance and that all processing complies with the law

  • not do anything with your data that you would not expect given the content of this policy and the fair processing or privacy notice 

  • ensure that appropriate privacy notices are in place advising staff and others how and why their data is being processed, and, in particular, advising data subjects of their rights

  • only collect and process the personal data that it needs for purposes it has identified in advance

  • ensure that, as far as possible, the personal data it holds is accurate, or a system is in place for ensuring that it is kept up to date as far as possible 

  • only hold onto your personal data for as long as it is needed (for a maximum of 5 years), after which time BmitaGroup will securely erase or delete the personal data. 

  • ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to ensure that                          personal data can only be accessed by those who need to access it and that it is held and transferred securely 

 

Bmita Ltd will ensure that all staff who handle personal data on its behalf are aware of their responsibilities under this policy and other relevant data protection and information security policies, and that they are adequately trained and supervised. 

Breaching this policy may result in disciplinary action for misconduct, including dismissal. Obtaining (including accessing) or disclosing personal data in breach of Bmita’s data protection policies may also be a criminal offence. 

 

 

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. Controlling your personal information

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

 

Monitoring and review

This policy was last updated on 25 May 2024 and shall be regularly monitored and reviewed, at least every two years.
